The Jeff Salaway Memorial Kitchen, a fully-equipped 1000 square-foot professional culinary studio, houses our highly popular cooking program. Led by a dedicated staff of trained counselors, campers of all ages sift, measure, sautee, and knead as they learn the basics of healthful eating and cooking. Working in concert with Hayground's organic garden and greenhouse, the kitchen is an active model of farm-to-table practices.
